Individual counseling for people experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief,  job loss,  life balance issues and stress.  The approach is solution focused, strength building, and future oriented.

Counseling for women

Counseling for women who are in the process of divorce or recovering from abusive relationships. The approach is to rebuild self-esteem, foster independence and focus on personal growth.

Couples counseling

Couples counseling for people who want happier, healthier and more peaceful relationships with improved communication. The approach is to identify value conflicts, increase listening and negotiating skills while creating goals that are mutually agreeable. 

Counseling for children and teens

Counseling for children and teens challenged by academic and social problems, emotional stress and conflict with peers and parents. The approach is to help teens feel they count and are connected while defining boundaries and  incorporating family values. Counseling teens and children involves family therapy sessions.

Public speaking

Public speaking and training for clinics, agencies, organizations and schools. Programs can be specifically tailored to the needs of the workplace.
